HairNimation does not accept returns once an order has shipped. All sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for replacement must be made within 3 business days of receipt. Please include a photo and description of the damaged/incorrect item(s) and send an email with your order number, and photo of the item(s) received to: info@hairnimation.com
